Bodeyco is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee projects from initial opportunity through final delivery. This role serves as a strategic leader across business development, client partnerships, creative execution, and production operations, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while supporting the continued growth of the company.
About the role
The Executive Producer will be responsible for leading client relationships, overseeing project execution, managing budgets and resources, and supporting business growth initiatives across commercial, fashion, music, documentary, and branded content productions. Working closely with producers, directors, creatives, and company leadership, the Executive Producer will help guide projects from initial conversations and award through delivery while maintaining the highest standards of creative and production excellence.
This position will begin on a project-by-project basis, with opportunities for continued contract engagements and potential full-time employment based on performance, availability, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships from initial conversations through project completion.
- Support project scoping, bid strategy, and award negotiations alongside producers and the Bidding Producer.
- Review budgets and estimates to ensure alignment with creative objectives, client expectations, and project profitability.
- Oversee project execution across pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery.
- Manage project teams, freelancers, vendors, and production partners.
- Identify opportunities for project growth, repeat business, and long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership on company growth initiatives, strategic planning, and business development efforts.
- Review schedules, resources, and project workflows to ensure successful execution.
- Mentor producers and production staff where applicable.
- Represent Bodeyco in meetings, presentations, industry events, and client-facing communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in commercial production, agency production, branded content, entertainment, or related creative industries.
- Proven experience leading productions from award through delivery.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, bidding, production management, and post-production workflows.
- Established relationships within the creative, advertising, fashion, entertainment, or media industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and production operations.
- Passion for storytelling, filmmaking, photography, design, and creative culture.
