About the role
Bodeyco is seeking Producers based in or available to work in New York and Los Angeles to support image and motion productions across commercial, editorial, fashion, music, and branded content. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with our Executive Producer, directors, creatives, and clients to lead productions from pre-production through wrap. You'll oversee budgets, schedules, crew, vendors, locations, and day-to-day production operations while ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and in service of the creative.
This role begins on a project basis, with the opportunity to grow into a contract or full-time position as our team expands.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage production budgets, schedules, and project timelines from pre-production through wrap.
- Lead all pre-production logistics, including crew hiring, casting coordination, locations, permits, rentals, travel, and vendor management.
- Oversee all production operations on set, ensuring crews, talent, equipment, and logistics run smoothly and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary production contact between Bodeyco, clients, agencies, directors, creatives, and production partners.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including call sheets, production reports, contracts, purchase orders, and wrap documentation.
- Track budgets, reconcile costs, and proactively identify opportunities to maximize production value while keeping projects on budget.
- Ensure every production is delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest creative and operational standard.
- Foster a positive, collaborative set culture while representing Bodeyco with professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of line producing experience in commercial, fashion, & film production for image and motion.
- Strong budget management and scheduling experience.
- Deeply connected within the creative and production community, with trusted relationships across directors, photographers, DPs, and crew.
- Deep knowledge of production workflows, crew roles, and union and non-union environments.
- Confident communicator with clients, creatives, and crew.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.
- Based in or able to work in New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, with flexibility for travel when needed.
- Advanced working knowledge and hands-on expertise across Showbiz, Wrapbook, Google Workspace, Figma, and production management platforms.
