Bodeyco is seeking a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and concept development across commercial, branded, and editorial projects. This role is responsible for translating business objectives and brand positioning into clear creative direction, shaping ideas from brief through delivery across image and motion.
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, a refined creative point of view, and hands-on experience leading work within an in-house or agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy, concept development, and narrative direction across projects.
- Translate brand and business goals into clear creative frameworks.
- Own creative vision from brief through delivery across image and motion.
- Develop treatments, decks, and visual systems that guide execution.
- Partner closely with producers, directors, designers, and post teams.
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Provide creative oversight through pre-production, production, and post.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across deliverables.
- Contribute to the overall creative positioning and evolution of the studio.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years experience in creative direction or related roles.
- Prior experience working in an in-house creative team or agency environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect creative ideas to business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling across image and motion.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable balancing creative ambition with real-world constraints.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
