Executive Producer

Bodeyco is seeking an Executive Producer to lead projects end to end, overseeing budgets, client relationships, and production execution while supporting creative across film, TV, commercial, and fashion work.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead projects across development, production, and delivery. This role is responsible for owning client relationships, budgets, negotiations, and overall project execution while supporting creative with strong production strategy.
The ideal candidate is senior, calm under pressure, highly organized, and deeply fluent in commercial production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initial brief and bid through final delivery.
- Lead estimates, scopes of work, negotiations, and contracts.
- Serve as primary client and agency contact across projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and production strategy with a focus on feasibility and margin.
- Partner closely with directors, creatives, line producers, and post teams.
- Ensure alignment across pre-production, production, and post.
- Represent the studio at a senior level in client meetings and on set when needed.
- Support new business opportunities, repeat clients, and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years experience in production, agency, or production company environments.
- Prior experience as a Senior Producer & Executive Producer.
- Strong understanding of commercial production and post workflows.
- Proven budgeting, negotiation, and contract experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment.
