Bodeyco is seeking freelance Post-Producers to support post-production workflows across motion projects, working closely with editors, finishing partners, and clients to manage schedules, deliverables, and creative alignment. Remote within the United States.
About the role
Bodeyco is seeking freelance Post-Producers to manage post-production workflows across image and motion projects, including commercial, editorial, fashion, music, and branded content. This role partners closely with directors, editors, finishing teams, and clients to ensure post stays organized, on schedule, and aligned with the creative intent from edit through final delivery.
This is a freelance, project-based role and can be remote within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-production schedules, workflows, and deliverables from edit through final delivery.
- Coordinate with editors, colorists, sound designers, VFX artists, and finishing partners.
- Track budgets, post costs, and approvals throughout the post-production process.
- Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams, post vendors, and clients.
- Oversee versioning, exports, deliveries, and archive management.
- Maintain clear documentation, notes, and post schedules.
- Anticipate issues and proactively problem-solve to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Ensure creative consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of post-production experience in commercial, editorial, or film environments.
- Strong understanding of editorial, color, sound, VFX, and finishing workflows.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communicator with creatives and clients.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong, existing relationships with editors, colorists, VFX artists, sound designers, and post-production houses, with the ability to build new ones quickly.
- Familiarity with post-production tools, delivery specs, and asset management systems.
- Able to work remotely within the United States and collaborate across time zones when needed.
