This role focuses on translating creative concepts into clear, well-structured visual presentations. You’ll work closely with creative directors, directors, and producers to design treatments that communicate tone, visual direction, and execution. The work includes layout, typography, image research, and presentation structure.
The Treatment Designer contributes directly to how ideas are presented to clients and partners and helps maintain consistency across Bodeyco’s pitch materials.
Responsibilities
- Design pitch treatments and presentation decks for commercial and original projects.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visual presentations.
- Build layout systems, typographic hierarchy, and clear visual flow.
- Curate imagery, references, and visual direction aligned with creative goals.
- Collaborate with directors, creative and production teams during pitch development.
- Maintain and update treatment templates and standards.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prepare files for client delivery and presentation.
- Contribute to early concept development as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or presentation design.
- Experience working in-house or with production companies, creative agencies, or studios (required).
- Portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and presentation work.
- Strong working knowledge of typography, layout, and composition.
- Experience translating concepts into structured visual materials.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage timelines and feedback cycles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
